Setup
- Download the QWC configuration file for your company from your administrator.
- Open QuickBooks Web Connector.
- Click "Add an application" and select the
.qwc file.
- Enter the credentials provided by your administrator when prompted.
Sync Schedule
The Web Connector syncs automatically based on the interval configured in QuickBooks Web Connector. Data synced includes customers, invoices, credit memos, payments, and refunds.
Troubleshooting
If the Web Connector is not syncing:
- Verify QuickBooks is open with the correct company file loaded.
- Check that the Web Connector shows a green status indicator.
- Confirm your machine has internet access to this server.
- Try removing and re-adding the application in Web Connector.
